His new sketch was going to touch on that.

"You know how they say in every fat person there's a skinny person waiting to come out? Well, mine came out, and mine was fat."

R.I.P. You funny, fat man. Guy actually had the voice of an angel when he sang.

Saw him several times, it was always hilarious.  One of my favorite comedians that never got the attention he deserved.  Sad to see him pass at an early age.

Yeah, Pinette was one of those guys who was recognized, but for some reason was never really big.

Outside of his stand-up, I'll always know him as the guy who got mugged in the Seinfeld finale, and the neighbor in The Punisher.

No thread on Mickey Rooney dying?

 

I didn't know Pinette did stand up. Peace to his family, 50 is way to early to go.

 

 

I was going to start one for Mickey Rooney yesterday but got distracted.

 

He was one of those guys I remember watching in the Andy Hardy movies when I was a kid. He wasn't my favorite but the guy was talented. It's a shame to see these guys leaving us. One of the last links to the silent movie era and a WWII vet.

 

RIP Mickey. You'll be missed.
