Drex
Unfortunately, Father time has finally caught up to London Fletcher. He definitely looks like he's playing on his last legs. It's been a great run for London in DC and it's sad to see him playing so poorly.
C26 Run
As much as I'm grateful for his services as a player and an ambassador for the game. But London definitely isn't the same player he used to be. There is no heart on this defense and unfortunately that starts with Fletcher. For years, I've heard London described as the heart of this defense and last night was a clear example of why we've played like crap. He looked out of place and very old. Nothing is worse than watching a player who played one year too long.
campbellcooleyconnection
Nothing seems left in the tank for Fletch.Sad to say but he is a liability out there right now : /
garyclarkforhall
Minnesota's starting 3 LBs were much more active than our guys were. How do Fletcher and Riley account for 5 tackles combined? As I understand it, the 3-4 is designed to allow your LBs to make tackles... so 5 tackles is a travesty. The question of scheme vs talent is one that I'm not frankly able to judge. I'm sure it's a combination of both.
#BgMase76#
I beleive he knows it as well. He's been relatively silent all season. Kerrigan and Rak are just too talented to be doing nothing, How come Jackson comes off the bench and lights it up every time/?
KDawg
You CANT run an odd front (3-3, 3-4) whatever without a dominant nose. We don't have one. We have a good end playing nose.
theTruthTeller
Riley is consistently okay. I agree there could be problems next year without Fletcher, but right now there are much bigger things to worry about. He's on the last year of his contract, and likely won't be asking for big bucks. Fletcher needs to be replaced with a quality player.
