JamesMadisonSkins
You're welcome st.louis lol Seriously. I still wouldn't go back and re-do anything. There's no guarantee that if we pass on Griffin we have the 2nd pick this year (because of his injury). But here is who the Rams potentially get as a result of that trade... 2012: Michael Brockers 2012: Janoris Jenkins 2012: Isiah Pead 2013: Alec Ogletree 2013: Stedman Bailey 2014: Jadaveon Clowney ALL BECAUSE WE BEAT THE EFFING NEW YORK GIANTS TOWARD THE END OF THE SEASON ... we would have had the 3rd pick and likely wouldn't have given up nearly as much to move up one spot to #2. Laron Burgundy
You're welcome st.louis lol I hope texans take clowney ahead of them. I suppose st Louis could run clowney or quinn as an olb, what a front 7 that would be. Seriously. I still wouldn't go back and re-do anything. Always A Commander Never A Captain
Oh my god, did Telvin Smith actually run a 4.41 with a 10 yard split of 1.53? Even if that drops with the official time, that's ridiculous. I want him so badly, the guy can be used all over the field.

That's still a good time for his size but he's not an every down lb at that weight. If he goes to a creative defense that uses him as an in the box ss he would probably be great though. Jacksonville's coach is probably salivating about having him in the kam chancellor role in his defense.

JamesMadisonSkins
Well, if you need a coverage ILB who can tackle and fly to the ball ... what teams do we know of that need one of those? Oh, right ...
Thekyle1591
I swear Antonio Richardson is a penalty machine. Whenever I watch Tennessee, it seems like he's always getting flagged a few times a game. I'm a bit more interested in Ja'Wuan James than I am Richardson, but it's tough to translate how we'll they'll do, because they don't really have their guys move laterally or pull much. James is considered a 3rd rounder (I think), and he's got room to improve. From games of his that I've seen, he struggled the most against Missouri, but that team had several talented DE's they rotate through. Richardsons run blocking vs South Carolina was one of the worst performances I've ever seen. His pass pro is pretty good but Jesus. Chris Borland ran a 4.7? Sounds about right, his 40 time and game speed are completely different.
darrelgreenie
Chris Borland 4.83 o I think he was 4.78 un, which was good for him I thought nothing surprising there, moved well good instincts but not a fast

Thekyle1591
Was he the guy getting smoked by clowney? Can't completely blame him but clowney was killing rbs that game. Yeah he was. He was just terrible. Could barely get out of his stance before Clowney swimmed him and killed the back. That one tape alone makes me apprehensive about drafting him, just because of how bad it was against a top level competition.
AlvinWaltonIsMyBoy
A lot of people thinking we should draft two WRs. What about drafting two LBs? Or draft TSmith and sign Spikes. Or draft TSmith, CJones, and roll with an FSU LB look with BJenkins coming off the edge. I think there's a possibility that a run on WRs and QBs could drop a top defensive guy into our laps. The value at WR and OL should be there later, and I'd like to see us get younger on defense. Draft defense, sign OL/WR/FS in FA, and let's party. darrelgreenie
Anyone know about Jordan Tripp? If I was a Borland fan I would compare his this guys tape to Borland's and see if he's a faster but lighter version.

He is moving from the 6-7 range to the 4-5 range.

Smallwood ran a 5.00, but only ran it once? I'm guessing he pulled something? Starr ran a 4.95 with a 1.65 split. Tripp ran a 4.67 with a 1.58 split. That said, there should be enough talent at #66 for us to comfortably go BPA and still fit at least a semi-need.

JamesMadisonSkins
So call me crazy ... but I would like to do this: 2: Brandin Cooks, WR OSU 3. Martavis Bryant, WR Clemson 3. Christian Jones, ILB FSU - for Cousins 4. Telvin Smith, ILB FSU I mean if it's BPA why not? But really though ... what are the chances we actually went WR-WR with the first two picks and got someone like Cooks at 34 and Bryant at 66. I mean holy crap.
