DM72
http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=123628&page=640 It took awhile, but One World Trade Center is finally apart of the New York skyline. This is a very good site if you're interested in following the progress of the construction since most of the posters know construction and they post pics daily. DjTj
Here's an NPR story about it: One World Trade Center, otherwise known as the Freedom Tower, has joined the Manhattan skyline. Its steel frame, already clad in glass on lower floors, now stands 58 stories tall and is starting to inch above many of the skyscrapers that ring the site. A new floor is being added every week. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=134685430

Corcaigh
Here's an NPR story about it: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=134685430 The link about the Freedom Tower no longer works. As we suspected, the liberal Media like NPR hates Freedom.

pointyfootball
I'm not usually that "America, **** yeah" guy but...suck it, terrorists. I wonder if whoever took that picture framed the Coast Guard warning sign purposely. And, if that was there pre-9/11. It's amazing how much that one day has changed life in the US and abroad.
