HailGreen28
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-12796972 The UK, US and France have attacked Libyan leader Col Muammar Gaddafi's forces in the first action to enforce a UN-mandated no-fly zone. Pentagon officials say the US and the UK have fired more than 110 missiles, while French planes struck pro-Gaddafi forces attacking rebel-held Benghazi. Col Gaddafi has vowed retaliation and said he will open arms depots to the people to defend Libya.
Zazzaro703
So we are now fighting a war on 3 fronts. One day we will look back and see that this is all the pre-cursor to WW3 and that's if you think it hasn't started yet.
The Brave Little Toaster Oven
So we are now fighting a war on 3 fronts. One day we will look back and see that this is all the pre-cursor to WW3 and that's if you think it hasn't started yet. I see it as the opposite - this is the precursor to a start of the decline in Islamic extremism

Enter Apotheosis
So we are now fighting a war on 3 fronts. One day we will look back and see that this is all the pre-cursor to WW3 and that's if you think it hasn't started yet. That would make for an incredibly short World War given that the whole of NATO and the UN are teaming up on this Libya nonsense.

Larry
Col Gaddafi has vowed retaliation and said he will open arms depots to the people to defend Libya. Somehow I don't think he's that stupid.
visionary
Things have gone way past whether Gaddafi's sneaking out of Libya or not. At the moment we have two main Libya threads. One for international discussions and news. 'NRO' thread. And one for on the ground in Libya discussions and news. 'Qaddafi flees' thread (at least that's how I've been trying to use them) Personally I have no problem with another thread for discussion, but the mods have said already we have enough Libya threads right now and closed one earlier.
