I thought it was going to be that they're run by Koreans.
I was thinking Mexican.
I thought this was going to be about the true news story how some Asian restaurants were misrepresenting the fish on their menu, by taking cheap, crappy fish, and selling them as more expensive and highly regarded fish.
Most do. Talapia, Pollock, Haak, whatever. It's all the same flavor frozen, only the name changes.
