Knowing absolutely nothing about "V", (didn't even click on your link), I will say that IMO, what killed Battlestar Galactica was the whole "let's create a soap opera where the main attraction of the show is people wondering about what happens next to our characters, and then tell people that there won't be any new episodes for a year. Defocus slightly to emphasize depth of field! ShakeshakeshakeZOOM! ...Click. It was the visual equivalent of the Mummers' Fancy Brigade music. (Let's see who gets that one.) RLeVan Posted September 29, 2009 Share Posted September 29, 2009 There are just some shows that should never be rehashed. V should never be remade, just like Twin Peaks. They were great and unique. Gone are the days of saga television where the entire thing was shown in 1 or 2 weeks with 2 hour episodes each night. Anyone remember The Winds of War, or the Beach Boys?
