Toe Jam
Did you check prices at Reagan National? I know the Metro runs directly out of there..
djspinoy
yeah i did check the prices at reagan and theyre about the same as dulles ($210ish) the flight to baltimore from boston is less than $100 but if i have to rent a vehicle i may as well just fly into d.c and use the subway... There is a bus that goes from BWI to Greenbelt Metro. From there it's easy. The B30 It's $3.00 one way and runs every 40 minutes. I've taken it before, it's a nice ride. http://www.wmata.com/bus/b30_brochure.cfm

G.A.C.O.L.B.
I live 20 minutes or so from Dulles and I probably fly out of BWI 80% of the time because they normally do have the cheapest rates. Go with that.
DCSaints_fan
The MARC train will get you to Union station. From there you can take the Red line to fedEx
