Bang Posted July 21, 2009 Share Posted July 21, 2009 I like some elements of it, and some I don't. I like Eddie's vocals, they're unusual. I don't like the riff during the verse,, sounds very pop to me. There's none of the signature growl and fuzz. I liked it, though. KingJeremy Posted July 23, 2009 Share Posted July 23, 2009 The album as a whole is supposed to be pop and new wave influenced, so it should sound a little different than your average Pearl Jam tune. Of course, they've had some sound changes here and there over the course of 8 studio albums. I like this new tune, but it feels pretty repetitive. And short.
