The case against Cecilia Faure, 52, began about 12:23 a.m. Jan. 3 as an Indian River County sheriff’s deputy heard screams from a Vero Beach home. The deputy went to the residence in the 2100 block of 43rd Avenue and heard a vehicle turn on. The garage door opened, and the deputy saw reverse lights activate on a white Mercedes. A “completely naked female” was in the driver seat, the affidavit states. It’s unclear whether she wore a seatbelt. "The first thing that hits me is the smell. Sewer mixed with vomit mixed with B.O. mixed with dirty feet. Yeah, it made my eyes water," Kari Halen told KTXL. The smell hit Halen in the downstairs portion of her home a few weeks ago when she went to check on a noise. That's when she says she came across a "very large, 6-foot plus man, 200 pounds, naked with my towel wrapped around him." The intruder was not alone. Halen and her partner Glenn also found a naked woman using their shower. Halen says the two unwelcome guests helped themselves to the oven and electric heater as well. "I’m looking at him and I go, 'What are you doing?'" Halen said. After a heated argument and a call to 911, Halen says they finally left. Sacramento police told KTXL the two were arrested in downtown Sacramento, a few blocks from Halen's home. "I think the one thing I’d say is don’t get into a confrontation with these people," said Sacramento police Officer Jeff Huhlmann. The incident occurred on Dec. 16 at the Saints Simon and Jude Cathedral near 27th and Maryland avenues. One of the ladies is accused of trying to hit a trooper with her car, and another allegedly tried to swing at a trooper with a metal bat. Around 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Florida Highway Patrol troopers were dispatched for a call about three naked women at a rest stop on northbound I-75 -- south of State Road 54. "There's three women standing in the nude putting on suntan lotion," one of the troopers is heard saying in the dispatch call audio. The women, later identified as Oasis Mcleod, 18, Jeniyah Mcleod, 19, and Cecilia Young, 19 told the trooper they were "air drying" after showering, according to FHP. And when the neighbours’ pet chased him across the road the 26-year-old threatened to sexually assault the animal and kicked out at it. But after hearing he was reducing his alcohol consumption, had a job, and is doing well on probation a judge decided not to jail him. Tessa Hingston, prosecuting, told Swindon Crown Court how police were called to Haydon Wick on June 24 last year. “It was a sunny day in the day time. Officers were called to Cloudberry Road to a report of an aggressive naked male causing problems,” she said. “The defendant was duly found. He was behaving in a bizarre manner. His speech was slurred, he appeared to be foaming at the mouth.” She said CCTV footage showed him streaking across the road followed by a neighbours and their dog, which he appeared to kick out at. Playing the recording she said “That is Mr Butterfield naked, apparently challenging other members of the public and local residents. “He was alleged to have made offensive comments to the effect that he would sexually assault the dog.” He was detained by officers and after telling about the drugs he had been slipped he was taken to the Great Western Hospital. When he was discharged following treatment he got into a taxi wearing a hospital gown and nothing else and asked to go to ‘by Asda’. During the journey he kept challenging the driver to a fight and asking him if he was Turkish, to which he replied he was from Swindon. When he pulled over the defendant got out and started punching the window of the cab leading to the driver pulling away without his £12.70p fare. Following his arrest Butterfield said his drink had been spiked, which had happened to him before. Butterfield, of White Eagle Road, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour, common assault, and making off without paying for the taxi. (AP) — Virginia State Police say a Greyhound Bus passenger got naked, demanded to be let off the moving bus and ran into oncoming highway traffic where he was hit and killed. Police Public Relations Director Corinne N. Geller said in a news release that the “extremely agitated” man began taking off his clothes on a Greyhound Bus on Thursday night. He then struck the front windshield, causing it to crack, while demanding to be let off the bus. The release says the bus driver pulled over and the man exited. Portia Woffard, who lives across the street, said she heard strange noises coming from the house Saturday morning. "I just heard a voice out of nowhere saying 'Hi can you bring me water?'" Woffard said. "I said 'Yeah I will, where are you?' Then he said 'in the chimney." Woffard got the man water and started recording the incident on her cellphone. The man allegedly broke into a Culver City home a block away. After being spooked by a neighbor, he took off running into the Ladera Heights neighborhood. He was found by sheriffs deputies, naked in the chimney, two hours later. Woffard said the man tried to explain why he was in the chimney. "He said people were trying to kill him, he did drugs, somebody laced his drugs," Woffard said. "He said he needed water, he's harmless." When police made contact with Darrell Morgan, 55, Friday morning at the shopping center he told police that he didn’t know why he took off his clothes, according to his arrest citation. One day prior to this arrest, Morgan was cited on a public intoxication charge and treated at a local hospital. The woman and her daughter who live in the home were sound asleep. It wasn’t until the next morning that they learned through surveillance video about the man. The homeowner wants the images out there because she doesn’t know what the man’s intentions were. Folsom police are aware of the video and are asking if anyone recognizes the man. Lydia Wolfe-Clark said she first noticed something was wrong when she saw the hot tub. “I haven’t used this in a long time. So, I knew that I wasn’t in this, and we didn’t have anyone over,” Wolfe-Clark told FOX40. “That’s when I checked the cameras. Surveillance video showed a man they had never seen before walking around their fenced-in backyard, even coming up to the sliding door and trying to get inside. The woman was seen climbing the roof of St. Ignatius Academy at the Saint Patrick Cathedral complex where she remained trapped for roughly four hours until she was brought to safety but rescuers in a cherry picker. Amy Parrino, 44, copped last month to a felony assault charge and was sentenced to three years in custody, though a Circuit Court judge stayed the execution of the prison term and placed the Columbia resident on five years probation. Police arrested Parrino following a violent confrontation in the couple’s Columbia home, according to a probable cause affidavit. The victim told cops that Parrino punched him and struck him with a variety of items, including a belt and a cell phone. During the incident, Parrino, who was naked, chased the man around the residence before shoving him to the ground. She then sat atop the victim and directed him to “eat my ****” while perched on his face. The man told police that he was briefly unable to breathe while Parrino sat on his face, and that he was “scared to death” during the domestic assault. The victim added that he told Parrino to leave him alone and that he “didn’t want to do anything sexual” with her. (KOIN) — A burglary suspect was found naked and covered in blood inside the house he was believed to be robbing on Saturday morning. Police responded to a call of a burglary in progress around 11:30 a.m. at the 6400 block of Southwest Parkhill Drive. The caller told police her adult son was home and had heard noises inside the house, as well as blood in a hallway. Once the son was able to safely exit the house, officers entered with a K-9 unit. They then found a man inside — naked and covered with blood. Officers believe the suspect sustained several cuts from the window he had broken in order to climb inside the house.
