I know I know, just title inflation. But he has also been a head coach twice, he has great knowledge of the talent we have on the offensive side of the ball, he could help minimize the impact to a new offensive system - maybe preserving how the offensive line does things - and he would be another nod towards that word that has been bantered around by Snyder so frequently: "continuity".
