They need to forget about Fassell and offer Bill Cohwer an insane amount of money to come and coach our beloved Skins and give Cohwer full control over personell. In all the seasons Cohwer coached to Steelers he had them in the playoffs except for one or two years and that was with him devoloping new players every season. If Cohwer wants to return to coaching this is the greatest chance he will have to come back and have the money and ownership support available with the Skins with an already solid team in place than with any other franchise. Snyder get off the horse and get aggressive. Thats why they made this Joe Gibbs cardboard cut out for coach - we can hire the leagues first magic 8 ball shaker for decisions such as 1. Kick or Go for it. 2. Go for two? 3; Put in the backup 4. So he's really only related to Jones in one way: money. They are miles apart on football decisions. At least Jones' "meddling" produces victories.
