JimmyConway
http://www.republicansforobama.org/?q=homepage Here is one of their articles. It is a response to the notion that "anyone Republican who supports Obama is not really a Republican." http://www.republicansforobama.org/?q=node/

Tulane Skins Fan
Jeez, he just posted a website. The Tailgate is going to be a big mess in a few months when we get closer to election day.
GibbsFactor
I don't know. I know he's trying to have his version of Reagan Democrats but Obama is so far left, I can't see it happening to conservatives. He may get some neo-libs-repubs and he is certainly trying to tap into some of the discontent in the GOP. I just can't give him my vote. His budget is like 260 billion more then it is now. twa
I think in many ways a win by Obama would be good for the country, but as GibbsFactor said, he is so far left I doubt I could vote for him. But since I don't care for anyone running ,who knows.

We apparenty have more than our age in common as I have the same thoughts. I will not vote for him, but should he win, I'll be ok with (unlike Hillary). I think both are socialists, but I suspect should he get voted in he will help to unite the country (politically) and unlike Bush will tone down his agenda if voted in (as it is unfordable). Maybe just wishful thinking on my part, as I think thanks in large part to Bush, we are looking at the wicked witch of the west as being our next president. I sure hope I am wrong... expensivegift
Obama has voted for the liberal position 65 out of 66 times in the senate. Republican and Obama don't mix.
SparkleMotion
This has turned into a nightmare scenario for Republicans. The frontrunner is weak on immigration and a war hawk. His opponent will be a socialist no matter what. Anyone else find it strange how immigration and the war (which I thought would be the main two issues of the election) have sort of been put on the backburner the last few months? McCain is the weakest on immigration and he somehow managed to come back out of nowhere when people stopped talking about it.

I think the war will definately come to the forefront of everyones agenda once the canditates get thinned out or the presidential canditates finally get nominated. Coach Williams
If I've learned ANYTHING over the years, it's that no matter WHO is elected the people behind the federal reserve and the other world banks still get their agenda met..... I don't really care who gets elected anymore.....big government disgusts me.... IMO Paul and Huck would be assassinated if they tried to follow through with their goals.....
