Unfortunatly no such thing exists. Lets say we sign him and he smacks another woman in a strip club the night after the third game of the season. He would be suspended for at least another year and the team would be left with a huge hole in the def backfield. The Redskins would still end up starting Torrence or Macklin. I would not be surprised if he receives another lengthy ban from the commish. He might not have struck a dancer at a club in this mosr recent event, but the guy should not have been there in the first place if he cared at all about returning to the league after his suspension.
