headexplode Posted January 15, 2008 Share Posted January 15, 2008 I just recently was turned on to this band called the Unicorns, and I have to say, it's one of the better bands I've heard in recent years. It's quirky pop music with some really offbeat instrumentation, melodic vocals, and dark but funny lyrics, mostly concerning death. It's refreshingly unpredictable for indie pop music. I can't stop listening to their full-length, Who Will Cut Our Hair When We're Gone?. Too bad they disbanded a couple years ago. Has anyone else heard of these guys? I'm not going to try to classify them.
