Stugein
Hey folks. I was wondering if anyone knew the name of the song that the Skins enter the Stadium to at FedEx. It's this big, epic song...operatic vocals..really gets me psyched. o/~Dun dun dun-dun o/~ (OK, that was useless in text, but I had to try). Any ideas? I'd really love to get my hands on it. Thanks for any leads.
SKIN4WAHOOZ
It should be R.E.S.P.E.C.T. pantera!
NewCliche21
You mean the one that they redid to say something like, "Can't handle this, can't handle this, can't handle none of this?" I've been trying to figure that one out since my first game last year.

Dan T.
They also use, right when the Redskins are coming out of the giant helmet onto the field, a clip from "Won't Get Fooled Again" by the Who.

philal0102
Wow, SO many versions of that song on iTunes. Does anyone happen to know who performs the version in question? Most professional philharmonic's play the original version. Not too many orchestra's stray away from the original idea.
HouseBowlrz
Carmina Burana- O Fortuna?Carl Orff was the composer... very popular song in sports. That's the piece ... I had the good fortune to perform it twice during my high school band years. The first was Junior year when we did the band transcription with our choir and added a couple of movements. The second was Senior year when the entire percussion section, including our director who was also a percussionist, performed with two grand pianos and the entire Reston (VA) Chorale. Those two performances in Reston were simply awesome. I consider Carmina Burana one of the great pieces of classical music. cheers
