Bishop Hammer
If Gibbs retired then I would like to see Gregg Williams take over as the Head Coach and Al Saunders be the main play-caller.

posse87
Now let me preface this with only when Gibbs completes his contract or retires. I would absolutely love to see Jack Del Rio here. He believes in the Gibbs philosophy of establishing the run and playing great defense. His current problem is that he is with a small market team and an owner who isn't wealthy enough to compete with the bigger market teams. Give Del Rio an owner like snyder who will do anything to win and give his coach whatever he needs and he could really do some damage. He is already making significant yearly impacts and is putting together consistent playoff teams and is a coach that his players follow into battle. My second choice would be to get Russ Grimm or give Williams a shot. I do like the the idea of Grimm young with a good pedigree and Williams could do better on his second go round. doom44
We have a coach...One of the best all time...and he is in the midst of a phenominal coaching performance this year. There is no reason to hire anyone else.
