Is there still enough cap room to sign someone like Rice? Is there enough room to go ahead and lock Sean Taylor up before he has a 10 interception year? From my understanding Taylor is under contract for a couple more years.. Cooley signed a 4 year deal, and this would have been his 4th year while Taylor signed a 7 year deal with the last voidable. So, this year and 2 more years. We have time to sign him.
