Fergasun
1 Williams-Sonoma Waffle Iron 1.5 cups flour 3 tablespoons sugar 1.5 teaspoons baking powder .5 teaspoon salt Mixed together and combined with: 1.5 cups milk 3 tablespoons melted butter 2 large eggs Cool down the butter in the fridge prior to mixing in other wet ingredients. Mix them until a bit lumpy. Make waffles and enjoy... mmmmmmmmmmm! The waffle iron was a wedding gift... but other than that this is a pretty reasonable breakfast... PCS
Great. Just great, (he says while going to reach in for the frozen waffles in freezer). Actully, I do have a nice Belgian waffle iron. I may have to get it out do some waffles some time soon, (growing up, it was on Sundays we did Waffles. Along with eggs, bacon, sausage and of course, grits).
