sideshow24
the nfc lost 2 super bowls during the 80's, that's what he was referring to. I have never heard anyone refer to that in my life. I think we are looked at as having a great decade in the 80s and then sucking after 92'.
pjfootballer
I find it funny that this game is on the "NFL Greatest Games" series, yet we dominated for 3 quarters and had to hold on to win. I thought the Dallass NFC title game was better. It was closer and had more defining moments, not Whining moments.
pjfootballer
They still whine to this day. Lott is the biggest crybaby of them all.
skins4me58203
I officially hate the NFL network. They took away the channel here. If I want it I need to pay 3.50 more a month. It's not the money, it's just BS. I really fell the NFL doesn't care at all about their fans.
No_Pressure
I didn't watch it today, but if I recall correctly from the last time I saw it, they tried to make it seem like Darrell Green's high tackle on that one play was malicious and intentional right? Darrell Green doesn't have a mean bone in his body but yeah, he was deliberetly trying to hurt someone.
Tastes Like Chicken
Darrell Green doesn't have a mean bone in his body but yeah, he was deliberetly trying to hurt someone. I agree. They should keep him out of the HOF for that one. Speaking of HOF, that #81 was all over the place in this game, kept several key drives alive and the Redskins Super Bowl hopes at that. The NFL has tried to get TW and Comcast to put it back in the regular lineup, the cable co's have refused. Besides that, it's worth 3.50 a month anyway. Pony up. They refuse because the NFl charges the cable company extra for the channel. Does the nfl expect my cable provider to give me the channel for free?
