Forever21 Posted May 16, 2007 Share Posted May 16, 2007 May not be swagger but I still love the attitude. The guys were complacent last year and got stomped because of it. I think we'll see some serious effort and heart this upcoming season because of a lot of guys on this squad have a chip on their shoulder and something to prove to the team, the fans and the neysayers. Also, I think Gibbs has a serious chip on his shoulder about all the smack talk going on about the game having passed him by. Also, Williams and Saunders have chips due to the lack of production from their supposedly brilliant systems. All this angst should turn into some serious effort and some big plays and big games for our squad a think. From top to bottom everyone has something to prove this year.
