mistertim
Whether you like it or not, Fletcher is going to be our new MLB. Lets at least welcome him in and back him now that he is pretty much officially a Skin.
#98QBKiller
I don't think anyone is really going to boo him. I think he'll start for about 2-3 years until we can find a young MLB to start.
kevin11
I would not suggest bying a jersey as a welcome..but that is just me.

s0crates
I'm not sure if this warrants a new thread or not, but I really don't fuss too much about such things. So, here goes: Welcome aboard London Flethcer-Baker! You look like the best middle linebacker we've had in years. Judging by your consecutive starts, you should be solid. Judging by your experience in the NFL and in Williams' system in particular, you should be a veteran leader in a leadership role. Judging by your statistics, you should be a producer of both tackles and turnovers. Please do not disappoint.
Bang
is he familiar with Greg Williams' system? He played for Williams in Buffalo and excelled. He's averaged 144 tackles per year for five straight years, and unless I'm mistaken over the last 7 years he's led the entire NFL in tackles. He's a leader. Definitely welcome. ~Bang

Well I wouldn't say that (Marcus Washington at 100% is easily a top 5 outside linebacker) but he'll defintely be the type of field general we have sorely lacked since AP's departure. Welcome London! mistertim
I'm not sure if this warrants a new thread or not Sorry if it i doesn't really deserve a new thread. I just wanted people to welcome him...even those who didn't want him to sign with us. He is here and that is pretty much solid.
909997
can brunell be our defensive Qb?
lovetoaster
We are not going to regret this signing. Fletcher might be the most consistent LB in the league along with being very intelligent and a leader on and off the field.
Ant15fromNJ
Fletcher will give us a nice MLB with the smarts and talent. I really like the move and now Marshall is back at OLB when he can make plays with his speed.
BoBoCTiberius
can brunell be our defensive Qb? I think you just want to see him get ran over by running backs as much as I do. As for me, I like the sign, we're at least trying to fix problems, but I won't be really sold on it until I see him on the field in September

rlhjr34
can brunell be our defensive Qb? I'd say so. He'd be quite good at getting a lot of 3 and outs.

Muzzah
He's an upgrade, and he brings some veteranship to a young defense. I'm optimistic.

Capt Rich Fla
Welcome MR Fletcher. From the sounds of it , you sound like a real leader. I hope your leadership skills don't mess with washingtons or taylors or griffins or all the other leaders that you'll be playing with. I hope you are not another chief thrown into a pile of chiefs and not enough indians.
