Maxito
I am trying to figure out my grade from my class, and I can not figure out how to calculate it. My teacher grade on a 100% point scale. I have taken 5 test, 7 quizzes, 4 oral, 4 written assignment's. So tests, quizzes, are worth 40% Oral Assignments 15% Written Assignments 15% Homework 15% Participation 15% So far I have 74% average on test, an 89% average on Quizzes. 82% avg on oral, 80% avg on written, 85% on Homework, and 90% avg participation (i am estimating on this one). When I tried to solve the math I got 81%. However, I think I got it wrong.

Destino
Can't come up with your score for the 40% of tests, quizes, and final because I don't know what the final is worth.

Maxito
I haven't taken my final yet, so I am trying to figure out what is my percentage before I take the exam.
SkinsOrlando
Ok this may be wrong but heres a go. 74+89/2=81.5*.40=32.6 82*.15=12.3 80*.15=12 85*.15=12.75 90*.15=13.5 the sum would give you 83.
skinfan2k
but what percentage is the final exam so i can find out what you need for the final..
SkinsOrlando
Wouldn't the final be lumped into the 40% category since all the factors listed already reach 100%?
Mark The Homer
Multiply your tests, quizzes percentage by 40 Multiply all your other grades categories by 15. Add up your five answers. Move the decimal two places to the left. That's your grade percentage.
