Stew Posted October 20, 2006 Share Posted October 20, 2006 Id like to take a moment, in this forum to let everyone know, that if you marinade your fish in milk overnight, it will take away the fishy taste.... but then I ask myself why would you eat fish if you dont like the taste.........hmmmmm. I usually catch catfish, and eat a filet that night, but the other side I usually marinade over night and have the follwing afternoon. It is fresh, but I cant eat it all in one day.
