Hall is still way to shaky for my liking and it be nice to get someone in here with more consistancy then Hall. Plus we may get him on the cheap too. I'm not contract or salary cap guru, but I believe that if he is waived.. the Redskins would basically have to take over his contract that he has with the Cowboys.
