FuriousD
I think I'm gonna like this,..... CP: = 119 yds on 20 att for 5.9 per carry and 2 tds. TJ: = 117 yds on 22 att for 5.3 per carry and 1 td. Bengals totaled 67 yds of offense! Tomorrow the Jets. Duckett's a monster and very tough to bring down. He and CP are an awesome one-two punch. Kick ass!
terpfan
I think people are expecting waaaay too much of Duckett. This is not goign to be a RB by comittee thing. He's a goaline back.

JWB
I am excited just remembering all those times we had difficulty punching in the ball from short-yardage be it the endzone or a crucial third-down. This is where Duckett will help us tremendously.
praise_gibbs
We could always try and get Alstott. We all know how great he is on goal line plays. I agree, Duckett will be used for short yardage/ goal line plays. The Falcons game just got a little more interesting this season.

This is where Duckett will help us tremendously. I totally agree with you. Everyone knows CP is still our guy. But having a short-yardage/3rd down specialist will be a huge help to our offense. Not to mention lesson the wear and tear Portis endures during the season.
Muskrat
To change Cooley, simply go to the depth chart and move him to TE....he is still listed as a FB, however. I'm going to do the Duckett trade as soon as I get home from work today....probably end up starting a new franchise....I don't know. Should I wait until the season starts and any more roster changes happen before I start the franchise?

Should I wait until the season starts and any more roster changes happen before I start the franchise? Go to view rosters, and highlight Chris Cooley. A little box will come up. With a few options on it. Select "Information" You can change his position from there. You can also use that little box to change player ratings (select attributes)... jmich001
They still like Betts a lot but are just concerned with his health. I do not think he has been healthy for an entire year yet.

I agree completely with that. Saunders is too high on Betts to just push him to the side. Duckett has never had a load of rushing yards, but takes almost all of the rushing TD's for Atlanta every year it seems like.
Commander Adama
If CP is worn down, Betts will take over or for a change of pace guy and sometimes on 3rd down. Also Saunders had indicated about having both Betts and CP in during the same down.
JetSkins
Duckett is an example of why the "hit stick" was implemented in madden
MarkPSkins
This thread is typical of people not paying attention when posting. It starts as a Madden thread and while there are a scattering of Madden related responses, most people are just rehashing the trade and should be posting in one of the other 12 or 13 threads relating to this. I'm going into the "hot corner" thread now and I bet the Duckett trade talks are going on in there too.
fightforallDC
When I play a 1:00 game at home Fed Ex is so dark that it is hard to see the ball especially in the shadows. Does everyone else have this problem? It kinda blows. I understand having real world lighting but this is too much.
Joe Gibbs II
Aww crap, madden fans now how to trade for duckett now if they want to keep it authentic.
