method man
I am going to be in Ithaca, NY next year and one of the biggest things worrying me is: how am I going to see skins games? NYC is unfortunately 4 hours away. are there any redskins bars in close proximity to ithaca or is there a way to watch them online?
bryanyoung
Ever heard of DirecTV NFL Package?
kevinklein
If there's an ESPNZone anywhere near they usually show all the games.
stat2883
Any good sports bar will usually carry sunday ticket as well. I have no idea how big Ithaca is, but I'm sure there's something there. ...or like they said, you can get Direct TV for a year

UltimateSkins
I faced a similar situation at West Virginia University and ended up catching all my skins games at a sports bar that had NFL Sunday Ticket. Theres gotta be a place like that one or at least a Buffalo Wild Wings type restaurant somewhere near campus.
RedskinsSuperBowl21
DishNetwork has the mid-atlantic comcast sportnetwork coverage available throughout the country.... and fortunately since we are coming off a decent season their is a good chance we will have a few nationally broadcasted games...so check the schedule releasing tommorow on NFL Network or NFL.com 7pm ET Time
HapHaszard
I spent 10 miserable years in Owego NY just a few miles south of Ithaca. You will see a lot of Giants on TV and some Buffalo games. I bought one of the large sat dishes and was able to see the games, now I would recommend either a sports bar, (there used to be several in Ithaca) or Direct TV. If there are no Sports bars in Ithaca there is a good one in Owego called Ohara's. PS take your umbrella and snow shovel with you. If its not raining its snowing. jschlesi
For those road warriors--If you cant get a bar or directv-- go buy a slingshot unit-- your home reciever (using slingshot) can send the signal to your laptop.
Cskin
My Fiancee went to school at Ithaca University. It's a great town... you should be able to find plenty of bars that employ the NFL package. Cold as hell up there in the winter... wear a coat. LOL!!!!
IrishOrange15
I'm originally from Syracuse. Ithaca is a decent place to relax during the summer. I'm assuming though you'll be a bit bored. Syracuse isn't too far away if the weather is alright. Plenty of sports bars there that carry the NFL package, although you'll probably be running into mainly NYG and Bills sports bars. skins4eva
There's a sports bar in ithaca I went to when I went to college there. I don't remember the name of it, but I'm pretty sure it's on Buffalo street...they had all the games there.
grego
i've actually been to a couple of bars in ithaca- of course, that was about 10 years ago, so i couldnt say for sure if they had some kind of package. i'm almost sure they have some kind of deal where you can see just about any team you want. did anybody mention that the greaseman went to ithaca? uh...anybody know who he is?
