I was able to get him open a lot of times where I had 3-4 steps on a DB and also ran some reverses and screens with him that were pretty successful. VAsBeachBoy
You guys want to know how very biased these guys must be against us Skinz in rating our players. Hers an good example. Rogers is rated at 80 right. And you normally see a GRADUAL decrease in rating as draft spot move one. You know something like this. 1-85 2-84 3-84 4-83 5-83 6-83 7-82 8-82 9-82 I stop at our pick for Rogers on purpose. One pick ahead of us was who else but Antrelle Rolle. Guess what hes rated, surely not even with rogers. Surely one pick doesn't tell them there is a big difference in talent ehh... Well Rolle is an 83 and Rogers is a 80. Thats funny b/c Rogers is gonna be the best of them all... I smell some conspiracy! I guess these video game nerds know something about football that we don't! Those are included in the update.
SkinsFTW
These video game ratings are stupid and mean nothing. They should rate players 10 points lower on average. A pretty good player should be a 65-75 and pro bowlers should be 75-85. Only players like Jerry Rice in his prime should get over 90. The way they rate players in this game there is little difference between most of them. I can gain 1500 yards a season with a player with a 75 rating anyway, its not like its realistic at all like some PC football games from the early 90's were. They don't even have the player editor up to speed yet I'm sure which is what really makes the biggest difference in these games.

Everyone hates the Skins. Portis didn't lose any speed. The fact that he ran for 1300 despite all the oline deficiencies should have boosted his rankings if you ask me. I was looking at the Giants team and Will Allen still has 98 speed. He didn't do anything out of the ordinary to keep that kind of speed ranking. RIDICULOUS!! chow184
QB Ramsey 83-good rating,he finished 05 on a hot streak, 91.6 QB rating over final 5 games Brunell 80-should be a 70,he sucks ass Campbell 78-rated him perfectly in speed, arm stregth, and accuracy HB Portis 92-fair rating, but portis will look like a different better back next season Betts 78-fair rating Cartwright 76-fair rating FB Sellers 80-I wouldn't rate him this high,75 at most WR Moss 87-fair rating, especially since the offense didn't take advantage of his skills Gardner 84-sucks,couldnt catch a cold and will be released.at least I can trade him for picks in madden grin Patten 82-solid rating Jacobs 76-low but will get a major portion of playing time this season, and will improve.maybe the starting #2 WR McCants 74-fair rating, will improve if given playing time Thrash 73-pretty low, should be an 80,he wasnt utilized last year TE Cooley 79-fair Royal 76-little high, but came on during the end of the year baber 62-he is ok LT Samuels 92-good rating Molinaro 63-fair rating LG R. Brown 80-over rated a bit since he wont start Dockery 75-under rated,he was mauling people at the end of last year C Rabach 85-good rating Raymer 80-this guy sucks ass should be in the 60's RG R. Wynn 81-great againt the run, good rating Boschetti 60-decent rating RE Daniels 83-decent rating D. Evans 69-decent rating DT Griffin 88-should be higher, but I would put the cap at 93 Noble 78-should be around 82,great run defender Salave'a 71-should be in the high 70's great run stopper LOLB M. Washington 92-good rating Clemons 73-they dropped him like 6 points as he was a 79 on the last roster update for madden,he is young, and didnt get injured or anything. WTF K. Campbell 62-solid rating MLB Barrow 85-decent rating, but he might get cut L. Marshall 80-fair rating R. McCune 68-fair rating ROLB Arrington 95-the overall rating is good, but his speed was overrated as it is an 88.... Holdman 86-he is a contednder for the MLBer spot, good rating,WRONG postion B. Allen 71-fair rating for a great specual teamer CB Springs 87-under rated, should be at the least a 90 Harris 81-fair rating Rogers 80-fair rating, but his speed was under rated, ran in the high 4.3s at the draft Wilds 70-an undrafted rookie that held his own against randy moss last season, good rating Jimoh 64-sucks at CB,but a good special teamer FS S. Prioleau 85-under rated in the NFL,but perfectly rated in madden Lott 71-solid rating SS Bowen 83-decent rating for bowen, should be a little lower IMO Clark 78-should be in the mid 80's he was a key piece to a top 5 defense, very under rated kicker Hall 81-good rating for a kicker coming off a troubled season punter -Tupa 87-not a good rating,he was one of the better punters in the NFC,even though he is old, he should be in the low 90's
freakofthesouth
We only have 3 'starters' in the 70's- Cooley, Dockery, and Salave'a/Noble. That's good balance, methinks.
