  1. It's Terry against a rookie CB. Heinicke deserves at least some credit for recognizing that mismatch.
  2. That was a good play call to get Heinicks the first down.
  3. As much as my reasons for wanting Dan gone are selfish (wanting to root for a team that has the potential to win), it is nice to see a flame being held under the team and how much of a ****ty organization they have been under his ownership. I would rather the team re-locate with a chance of another owner bringing a team to DC in 10-15 years than have Dan as the owner, we are going nowhere with a crook like him at the top. That would obviously suck for our fans that are a bit older though.
  4. While I agree nothing may be changing and this is old news, what we are seeing is a brighter and wider light shining on this whole scandal and the NFL has a reputation to withhold. We are going to see how far these sides are willing to bend before one side finally breaks.
  5. Imagine if the Sean Taylor jersey retirement ceremony was Snyders way to right his wrongs. In his mind, he probably did something positive for the fanbase to remember before hopefully getting fired into the sun and never heard from again or better yet, behind bars.
  6. I also feel like we don't apply much pressure as a fanbase on the team to do much because we are just used to the suck and have no faith in the FO. I wouldn't be surprised if GB somehow lucks out again before we even find a franchise QB. It seems like some teams have already found two franchise QBs before we have even found one in the last 20-25 years.
  7. God it's so painful watching other teams around the league go through normal peaks and valleys with rebuilds while we're just stuck in a ****ing valley.
  8. It honestly doesn't matter. Anyone screaming for a QB change is going to get more of the same if they get their wish. None of these QBs on the roster are the answer.
  9. We'll see, I think Heinicke masks a lot of the pass protecting deficiencies. I'd be willing to bet the OL looks much worse with Fitzpatrick back there. Teams will be able to blitz us more because they won't have to worry about Heincike's scrambling ability.
  10. As bad as Heinicke has been these last few weeks, we all know Fitzpatrick would get murdered behind this OL anyways. It would be a big mistake not to get a franchise QB this offseason.
  11. I saw a lot more Curl than Collins in that 2nd quarter. Not sure the snap count difference but to me it felt like he was playing less than usual.
  12. I dont understand why a clearly hobbled Gibson is getting any play time over a healthy player.
  13. Do they even throw that flag if the entire offense doesn't hit their helmet? Seems like it forced the refs hand.
  14. Feels like i have never seen a kicker miss against us. Part of it is because a 52 yarder seems impossible because we have Hopkins who can't hit anything after 48.
  15. We can't enjoy that interception for one play without something bad happening to us. Gibson down.
  16. The good thing is, a lot of the teams that appear to be bad this year have rookie QBs that are just not ready quite yet. As far as this year's crop of QBs go, I like Willis if we let him play his style. I just don't trust this team to say "you play your way and we'll build an offense around you because you're special." Other than him it just seems like there are QBs that will be overdrafted.
  17. He looks okay, but not as good as I was hoping.
  18. I'm not impressed by our 2021 draft class at all. Zero impact from everyone besides Cosmi, who just appears to be solid at his position. I always see the same problem with this team, players rarely put it together consistently from one year to the next.
  19. Yeah I'd probably jump back on the bandwagon at that point and enjoy it, especially after they've had zero superbowls in my lifetime that I remember.
