I know a bad team when I see one. This is a bad team. A bunch of random players thrown together. That's the best way I can describe it. Players nobody else wants. Nene, our best big man, always injured. Wall, the savior, up and down. It's a mess.

I can't remember the last time this team had a powerful/dominant PF or C. Seriously.

Will anything ever change with this team? The answer is no. Worst franchise in the history of the NBA. Welcome to the DC Sports Curse.

I just looked at the schedule, and realized that we are going to go 8-8 this year. Not bad.

I worry less about Wall and more about Grunfeld ability to put the proper pieces around him to do anything more than a one & done in the playoffs. That is important. We are investing a ton in John Wall though, already have. I've been critical enough of him in the past, I don't need to voice that again. Dude needs to step up and play like the #1 overall pick. I think he has underachieved by a fair margin. We are far far way from making any noise in the playoffs. If Beal and Porter can become consistent and dependable scorers, and Nene stays healthy, along with contributions from others, then maybe we can be a 6-8 seed. And that is being optimistic. The roster does not wow me. Plus, we have Randy Wittman as a coach.

We'll see....he'll have to prove himself. If he can play to his supposed potential then it is a great deal for the Wizards. Or he could flop.

^ Agreed. Jan Vesely He is trash. Wizards have lacked a quality big man since I was born. Front court depth has always been an issue. It's amazing that we finally have Nene. We all know his health issues though, and he's own the downslope of his career (aka >30).

Porter seems like a lock. He is our 3. If for some reason Ben McLemore falls to us then take him, regardless if we are set in the backcourt since depth is of a premium and he would be best player available. I have been campaigning against Len and would be disappointed if we took him. Noel I could live with.

If we goth Seth Curry I'd be ecstatic. Dude can shoot like a monster. Tim Hardaway Jr. would be solid as well.

That's very true. I think McClemore is the best talent in this draft, so if he was there at 3 I'd take him. I think he's gonna go top 2 though.
