I really should not be posting in this thread because I've been an out of shape lazy **** for too long but I use to work out pretty regularly and was a fairly strong 245lbs at one point. Anyways. I switched to micellar casein as my only protein powder I use now. Muscle Feast has a great one btw. I highly recommend trying it out and use that over whey. Hydrolyzed casein is perhaps even better. Really feel the difference.

I'm glad you're getting some relief. I'm on a quest for something that won't leave me feeling lethargic the next day and am having no luck. A nice buzz for a few hours but then I need to snap back. Maybe some day I'll find it. Also glad to see marijuana legalized in Virginia. Long overdue. I'm in TN so...

Holy cow man, that's a lot! You must have a very high - no pun intended - tolerance. Not to mention the effects are amplified when consumed for most. A couple of 30 gram delta-8 gummies were enough for me. I was surprised at how potent they were.

https://www.nbcsports.com/washington/football-team/one-analyst-says-washington-has-all-russell-wilson-would-want-new-team If Wilson does soon become available on the trade block, Pro Football Focus' Eric Eager thinks Washington would be a destination the quarterback would strongly consider. "What Wilson wants is what Washington has," Eager said on The Sports Junkies on Tuesday. "A great head coach, stability on the coaching staff at least, and he would be playing in front of a great defense, which is what Washington has," Eager said. "Russell Wilson would turn the Washington Football Team not only into the favorites to repeat in the NFC East but a favorite in the NFC," Eager said.

I'm mostly with you but he will get a chance somewhere. He's got 36 inch arms and is extremely powerful. These traits are not going to be ignored. I don't know what is going on with him. I'm with you in that we do not need any drama queens disrupting the locker room but man I would be lying if I said I did not salivate at the thought of him taking over for Moses at RT.

I'm sure most are already aware of these but just in case some are not, I highly recommend the following on Netflix: Mindhunter - Based on the guys that formed the FBI Behavioral Science Unit at Quantico. It's excellent but unfortunately it is on hold after season 2. Castlevania Blood of Zeus -

Yeah, bigtime letdown considering the actors involved. -
Not taking anything away from the Buc's, but the Chiefs were snakebit in many ways. Their weapons are Kelce and Hill. I'd have taken D'Andre Swift over CEH too personally. I agree with you about the horrid OL play however. I'd like to see our WFT take a gander on Jackson Carman at some point in the draft sooner than later.

America's a dumpster fire and we've been in decline for decades now. I take no pleasure saying that. We have thousands of Americans living in their cars, millions more toiling away on poverty level wages, folks saddled in debt just to acquire an education, upward mobility little more than a pipedream for most these days. I'm tired of hearing we are exceptional. We've lost those bragging rights long ago. Now, we're exceptional in that a person can become homeless and impoverished for the grave sin of getting sick. The GOP's sole existence is to facilitate tax avoidance to the one-percenters and Corporate America ensuring there are vast pools low-wage slaves devoid of bargaining power to exploit. We've been going in the wrong direction for a long, long time steered mostly by greed IMO and I hope the trajectory changes for our sake, future generations of Americans and the world itself. This Anand Giridharadas quote is a perfect encapsulation about NY Times writer Kurt Andersen's new book Evil Geniuses: The Unmaking of America. Reading his book is mostly why I feel the way I do currently. "Andersen sets out to narrate a complex, many-layered history of how a band of rich people, corporate executives and political right-wingers, aided and abetted by gullible “useful idiots” in the media and the political left, transformed the nation into a casino where only they ever win."

Perhaps. I'm normally aboard with the 'change of scenery' narrative for players but I've got major reservations about Mitch. We need a Justin Herbert type. We've got to attack the seams and we have 2 guys very capable of doing just that with Terry and Logan. I just don't see another trepid, dink and dunk, get what the defense gives you type of QB helping us and that is what I would personally align with Mitch. Just my 2 cents though Bur. He could just as easily be either a nice stop-gap or rise to the occasion and be the man.

I understand those who might feel relieved about us not getting Stafford. I'm not one of them though. I think he would have been the solution to a problem that has vexed this team for years and with the right moves in FA and draft, I think Staff could have led us to the SB personally. Back to the drawing board.

Let's talk about investing! Stock market, ETF, etc.

Personally waiting for the Coinbase IPO. Another interesting one is Orbital Insight. Other than that, trying to invest in cryptocurrency - Ethereum and keeping my fingers crossed. Wish I had enough to stake it. -
And even a phased in increase over several years is going to face resistance from the GOP. From what I can discern, most seem to favor progressive policies higher wages, marijuana legalization, universal healthcare in some form, even a universal basic income is gaining ground. We have to do something and we need some smart policy economists to hammer out a blueprint for the next couple of decades to implement these things because they have to happen. Something that never seems to get mentioned in all this minimum wage debate is that taxpayers are subsidizing the profits of businesses and even Fortune 500 companies because of the poverty level wages they pay. Close to half of Americans work at or near the minimum wage and they need to enroll into public funded assistance programs. This is a burden as well. We have loads of BS jobs where folks working FT cannot even provide basic life necessities. These are not jobs just for teenagers or beer money for college kids anymore either. These 'jobs' are being churned out more than any other sector. We have massive hills to climb and very tough decisions to make because AI and automation will only compound them. Figuring out a UBI should be a priority IMO.
