The Bud thing is funny. I know several people in the craft beer industry, and to a one they all have huge respect for the consistency of Bud's brewing, just from a technical viewpoint. And of course, despite the major anti-craft campaign, Anheuser-Busch/InBev have actually started *purchasing* craft breweries (the most notable being Goose Island).

Not a trend I would have foreseen, but I enjoy the style (within limits). Westbrook Gose is very nice, more traditional. Raleigh's Trophy Brewing does a nice, rosemary-centered variation on the style.

I'm in the same boat, and doing some pruning of my old floppies a few times a year. I'm happy with trades and digital reading for the most part. And Jumbo, too right you are. Though no one could have predicted it a few years ago, now the first appearance of Rocket Raccoon (Hulk 271) is selling for a pretty penny. I'm sitting on mine for a while longer to see the value increases more.

Saga is amazing.

Can't wait for the Preacher TV series, now in development for AMC I think? Oh, and Bang, fully agreed on holding the actual books. Reprints of anything pre-1985 and I generally want to have it, too. Love the Masterworks line.

Late 2013 I actually stopped buying even TPBs when I subscribed to the Marvel Universe Unlimited app. You don't get to "own" anything but for about $75-100 (depending on which option you choose) you can read a metric ton of comics. New issues lag about 6 months behind the newsstand, but that's about the same as buying in trades. It's awesome, but the net result is that I'm even more behind than ever since I have been reading tons of old stuff that I missed out on. Fun!

Speaking of Elba, I was always hoping that a Black Panther movie could get underway early enough to cast him. He would have been the perfect T'Challa. Don't know enough about Chadwick B. to have strong feelings either way.

I'm behind on the Morales stuff, but I read and enjoyed the first TPB. Who mentioned Misty Knight? That's a good call. Who might be suitable to play her?

Picked up a Sierra Nevada Winter Pack, and as usual I'm impressed with price point, stylistic range, and general quality. In addition to the flagship Pale, they have the Porter, a white IPA, and a killer coffee stout that I hope finds its way into regular rotation.

Three Floyds Zombie Dust is so, so good as well. Sweet fire pit!

Yeah, it's definitely a teaser for A2.
