  1. I’m not giving him “love,” I just don’t agree with the sentiment that he’s a complete bust that needs to be cut next week which your implying, disregarding what average ability he does have within the NFL contract landscape. You don’t like the guy but he CAN play. You could do a lot worse at corner in the NFL than Forbes. Not sure of your beef with Jamin either. He’s the same guy as Forbes at linebacker, he’s average with speed. Again under contract, he’s coming back. His bad choice 2 years ago while irresponsible, today is irrelevant. To me, you’re pining for a new front office to repeat what Ron did, which i hate. Which is to create more holes and then spend capital on it, e.g. cutting Morgan Moses and drafting Sam Cosmi to replace him. What a dumbass decision. A move like that doesn’t make the roster any better. Wasted a pick when we had more pressing needs…
  2. Not sure what you’re getting at with his weight? Didn’t seem like a major issue as some suspected. He tackled as well as Deion ever did if not better. But like I said, the dude can cover at an NFL level, he’s at least decent if not good. And, he’s under contract. This was his rookie year, he played well enough to be on the roster next training camp. Don’t see him getting cut either… As far as Jamin, he’s solid, and this will be year 4 I believe. He too is an NFL backer, he can play. He’s not All-pro, but he’s definitely an NFL starter. If he balls next year, you pick up his 5th year option, if not he leaves via FA (or pay him) and we get a comp pick. We should all be expecting a new coaching staff to come in and be competent and “coach em up.” Then we can see who goes and who stays…
  3. Not sure I agree with any of that. Specifically, he’s a first round pick with 3 more years of contract security plus the 5th year option. Also, he’s still a decent enough corner who did make some plays this year who’s rangy and long with 4.3 speed. He’s an NFL corner, maybe not Sauce Gardner but he can play outside. Defense lacks pressure up front which allows offensive coordinators to get creative, translating to bad backend coverage. We've got enough holes without needing to draft or pay another corner. Long list, Forbes and St. Juste are coming back.
  4. I hear you but this coaching staff basically hung him out to dry all year especially v. Philly. I’d say sour grapes and can’t blame him. When players lose faith in the staff they do it themselves, we see the results picking 2. I’m sure St. Juste would say the same.
  5. NFL fan for 40+ and never knew that. Learned something new today! Nice.
  6. Is that a real thing? Is that for every round or just 2nd? Sounds like each time move up each round since the records are tied?
  7. Hey brother, I’m right there with you, I hate losing too, especially Dallas, draft status is the last thing on my mind during a game. I debated these rascals last week, but they believe greater good matters more than this demoralizing loss, we don’t. Guess we’ll find out 2024. Cheers we do have the #2 pick. Congrats Terry, 1000 yards.
  8. Pretty much where I am right now! Losing to Dallas while we’re celebrating this **** is lunacy to me. Hate losing to these clowns. Absolutely hate it!
  9. Woo hoo, Dallas is whipping our ass now! Yay! #2 pick even better after that score!
  10. I sure as hell hope so, watching those bozos win a superbowl would be gut wrenching!
  11. I get it, but hearing you guys root for Dallas is making my ears bleed!
  12. In KDawgs defense (not that he can’t defend himself) Dallas laying an egg an us waxing that ass isn’t out of the realm of possibility (which as most of you know I’m rooting for!) And I’d love nothing more than to smoke them today, putting them on the road in the playoffs and see them bounced next weekend, and Philly shortly thereafter because a championship contender they are not! Misery loves company!
  13. Is this a real conversation? Are folks really asking for this guys job!? Fans are nuts…
  14. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/commanders-star-wr-gives-sad-response-when-asked-about-49ers-culture-after-washingtons-seventh-straight-loss/amp/ not sure if this has been posted in the stadium, mods I apologize if so, but this is why I struggle to root against my guys for draft status. Call me old fashioned, but I still bleed burgundy and gold with these guys, not implying that others who don’t share my position don’t, I just can’t NOT support them with all my might. Happy New Year!
  15. Yeah I know, but it’s fun to imagine. I’m still butthurt we had that all time coaching staff in DC under that buffoon and instead got bottom barrel coaching with each subsequent staff after they left. I do think we win a superbowl that 2012 year with a healthy RG3 though. That offense was so revolutionary, it literally changed the league. It took 2 full seasons for coordinators to catch up and we had enough on offense and defense with that staff to get there. I remember smoking Dallas and Demarcus Ware looking like a bozo watching RG3 and A. Morris running by him. Hilarious 😆 Oh well…
  16. That’s an understatement, imagine still having Dad Shanahan and most of his young staff still intact. Franchise QB RG3 still playing today instead of ESPN (I can’t stand his arrogant ass on ESPN), son Shanahan doesn’t blow a superbowl in Atlanta, McVay still the QB coach. Mike McDaniels still a nerdy offensive assistant… oh and Snyder is still the owner! Here’s a thought, would you rather have Synder here with a championship under Shanahan or current state?🤔
  17. He should get that here. New everything incoming. New system, teammates, FO, everything bright shiny new, let the next staff evaluate and rebuild his confidence on his rookie deal… whether he’s the projected starter or the backup
  18. I think rock bottom was a loooong time ago, maybe when we pimped out the cheerleaders. We’re trending up like the S&P since Harris bought the team!
  19. Happens when QBs try it play too “perfect.” Throw like this but don’t throw that, be spectacular but not if it hurts us, be off schedule but stick to the script. Gotta let him play ball his way, and live with the results.
