Nah Nah Nah…Nah Nah Nah…Hey Hey Hey…GOODBYE CLOWNSHOES

Yeah sounds like DC has him hooked. I live in Hampton Roads and have parlayed there both day and night a time or two. Cool town with diverse thought. Rather cosmopolitan indeed, I can see why he’d have affinity for it. Now he may have a chance for the NFL “room to work him?” Yeah he’s definitely intrigued and I’d imagine will bid hard to acquire the commodes. Based on the relationships he’s developed at the Post, per the article, I could see him doing some real good with the Commanders. I remain cautiously optimistic… -

Top five movie of all-time, somewhere between Tombstone and Life... Oscar snub cause it had to battle 'Forest Gump.' Great flick! -

How the hell can they live in a world where they honestly have no clue of how they’ve alienated the fans and neglected the franchise, and the watershed moment is Tanya Synder getting booed during her charity event speech . Unbelievable… I guess that level of wealth and sycophants hedges you. Lord please let these folks part with my beloved team… -
I love how the article above calls Snyder a “thin-skinned, oft criticized ghoul.” The gloves are officially off. Thems fighting words, can’t have another man call me a damn ghoul and not expect furniture moving!

Which is precisely the point of owners leveraging tax dollars and why they always get it. Not sure you can accurately measure the monetary value an nfl franchise poses to a given area. I'd love to see the analysis but the "vibe" or subjective quality a sports franchise adds to an area is invaluable. It's evident in smaller businesses like casinos or even Amazon warehouses, and they're nowhere close to pro sport. So government officials start tap dancing when pro franchises start "considering options." That's why I always laugh when folks start with the "rich man can go to hell and pay himself" argument. Money and influence doesn't work that way. Expensive cigars, scotch, and whispers in exclusive clubs rule the world.

Doesn't work like that. You seem to have distaste for Bezos... thats fine, but if he moved he'd have a line of states and districts putting together presentations and tax packages to entice those tax dollars their way. Plus a stadium brings tourism to your area. All kinds of money and notoriety associated with a sports team bruh.

I hear you but the billionaire counter argument to that is the tax revenue an NFL stadium in your district and state represents. And the possibility said billionaire could take that revenue and leave. So it becomes a partnership that benefits both parties including the fans / voters who love hate their smart / idiot councilman for getting rid of / keeping their favorite team and access to a good time. Similar to Lebron and his value to the Cleveland market. His value to the town was bigger than his value to the Cavs because the businesses downtown Cleveland thrived on his presence by creating the buzz in downtown Cleveland. Creates a lot of jobs and makes other corporate sponsors want to invest their businesses there.
