  1. If he doesn't sell willingly, how could they not vote him out? It wouldn't just be an embarrassment -- it would look like Goodell is covering his own actions up.
  2. I love that Snyder still wants to own this team even though he knows he could never show his face at a game again.
  3. Little Danny doesn't want to sell. This is killing him. The money doesn't matter. The team is his identity and he just can't accept what is happening. But there is nothing he can do about it. T'S GLORIOUS.
  4. Also, the Post breaking this story is glorious. It's almost like Bezos is messing with Danny now.
  5. LOL. This was so predictable. The moment you started seeing stories about Dan not wanting to sell, shutting out Bezos, etc... it was just a matter of time before Goodell and company showed him what was up. Weird thing is, the Post buried the lead. If Little Danny did nothing wrong, why does he want the findings of the Mary Jo White report kept secret? They just warned him very publicly to stop messing around.
  6. These guys are all throwing crap at the wall. The Jason Wright quote is the closest thing to proof that Little Danny is selling. Not because he wants to, but because he knows he has to. Too much debt. The league may not have the balls to vote him out, but they can bleed him out financially. Combine that with his family having to go into hiding if he doesn't sell... come on, he's selling. And would he really turn down an offer from Bezos that is significantly better than the runner up? Would his family let him do that?
  7. As I have said many times before. Snyder is fantastic at one thing: finding new lows. OF course he will do whatever he can to make this whole thing a nightmare for the fans.
  8. Don't really get the Jason Wright hate. Also only in the Snyderverse do we care about the team president.
  9. We'll need a "Last Dance" type thing. "Little Danny Dumpster Fire" a ten-part Netflix doc.
  10. If Bezos wants the team -- and it sure sounds like he does-- I can't imagine him getting outbid. Or debt-ridden Danny refusing to sell to him.
  11. He's been in hiding since the Chicago game. Dude knows he's a pariah.
  12. Ron is playing chess here. Kudos. The media LOVES this hire. Barring a complete disaster, it would look bad for a new owner to come in and clean house after one season. Ron may just make it through his whole contract.
  13. I hope Bezos offers Tonya a billion more if she agrees to let Snyder be ripped apart limb by limb by Teddy.
  14. Sounds like a done deal. There are a bunch of red flags, but the hell with it, let's roll the dice.
  15. Tenn did too. But then, like Baltimore, decided not to interview him for whatever reason, good or bad.
  16. No OC offers either. And there were better openings. Just saying, it's odd. Hope it works!
  17. When was the last time the whole league was wrong and we were right? But hey... gotta be a first time!
  18. So many red flags with EB, but I'll root like hell for it to work. And we all know it's just a one year thing anyways.
  19. Yes, please elaborate. I know he was a disaster as an OC at Colorado, but never heard of anything off the field.
  20. Is this Andy dumping EB on us like he dumped McNabb? If I'm Ron, I have lots of questions. Gannon is so overrated. Their offense dominated TOP all season. Plus, the defense played almost no good QBs. Look at the schedule. And my God, Philly's d in the Super Bowl was brutal in the second half.
  21. Dan Snyder is the legit worst owner in the history of the NFL. He took one of the greatest, most valuable franchises in the world, and turned it into a dumpster fire. If you were there during the glory years, when there was a 50 year wait for season tickets, and next to none opposing fans in the stadium you would know what little Danny has done to this franchise is beyond staggering . The idea that our next owner could possibly be anywhere as bad is just insane.
  22. So Ravens didn't want EB. Or other teams with OC openings. Seems like a very risky hire. If Andy is such a huge fan, why is he pushing EB to go to a team where the whole staff will most likely be replaced in one year. And why did he never let him call plays like he did with Doug Pederson? And why is he so eager to get Matt Nagy back calling plays again? People are down on Roman, but the Ravens loved him so much at one point that they made him the highest paid OC in the league at 3.5 mil a year. If Roman is actually interested in the job, I think Ron's gonna hire him. UNLESS EB has been the guy all along and never wanted to go somewhere else and other teams knew that. Seems like a stretch though.
  23. Doug P called plays in DC. It was a big deal. Matt Nagy on the other hand.
  24. Yep. They want Eric B to get a job, that much is clear.
  25. Roman has called plays for multiple teams and adjusted to the players around him. He's never had a great passer or good receivers -- I know the Ravens soured on him, but he did a lot of good there too. Eric B has never called plays -- except when he was at Colorado, which was by all accounts a disaster. Plus, the fact that only one other team is interested him -- as a OC, not a HC -- is more than a bit concerning. All that said, maybe we come up on the right side of a bet once. I just don't see why folks think Eric B is some slam dunk hire. It would be a big risk. The Ravens were truly dominant at times under Roman. Other times, not so much. They also have not one receiver worth a damn.
