Considering how the local media never seemed to blame Haslett for anything and even defending him from a well-respected former player like London Fletcher, all because he used to snitch on the team, I'm not surprised they play favorites with the Wizards too.

Was listening to the radio on my way in to work today. One of the Wizards beat reporters, can't remember the name, said on the Andy Pollin show that he doesn't expect Wittman to be fired. He kept reiterating how it's about the effort, and the team has lost confidence in one another, that it the same plays were working earlier this season. What a moron. Has he never heard of defenses adapting to what an offense does? Why is Navy the only football team anywhere that still runs the option??? To his credit, he is closer to the team than any of us, and maybe he's heard some things that tell him what the FO is thinking, but I sure hope it isn't true.

I'm still not convinced we make the playoffs. Nothing I've seen from this team in the past month tells me they could hold onto a playoff spot.

They owners are richer, and the players are notorious for poorly managing their money. The players may have gained more power than any Union outside of MLB, but they're going to slowly lose all that power unless the players approach their finances and the negotiations smarter.

When the Dark Avengers were running things under Norman Osborn, Bucky's Avengers team were pretty much fighting back despite his lack of leadership and not because of it.

I agree completely with this. Marvel is always going over the top with social issues. Falcon did not need to be the new Cap, and it's a completely worthless gesture because everyone knows two years from now they'll be handing it right by to Steve Rogers somehow. I would much rather they invested in a character like Luke Cage, then temporary moves for a minor character. Cage is powerful enough, and deep enough to carry his own book, and I'm looking forward to the Netflix miniseries for him.

Lerman is a better actor than O'Brien, but I saw the Maze Runner, terrible movie but I think O'Brien could pull off Peter Parker if he's chosen.

Donald Glover's audition and his take on being Peter Parker was the inspiration for creating the Miles Morales character. There is really no one else who could fit the role better.

I agree with starting Otto, and having Pierce come off the bench. Otto is being wasted with the second unit. Let Seraphin and Pierce be the go to scorers for the second unit, and Otto can give the starting unit some better perimeter defense. Or, he's a grand idea, maybe Witt could stop platooning the rotation and actually coach during the game. Use some smart substitutions to take advantage of mismatches. Something different than the crap he's been doing all year.

I'm sick of Wittman too. His offense is crap, and he still wants to blame player effort.
