Lets be real nobody Anderson has fought in the UFC has the ability of GSP. I like both fighters alot 2 of my favorites but its a terrible style fight for Silva it will be a worse repeat of the Sonnen fight except GSP will mark up his face and have him gassed while finishing the 5 round decision victory. I would'nt be shocked if GSP finished him late in the fight. Its like the Shields fight its a terrible style fight. Shields BJJ is straight nasty but do you think GSP will take him down? Do you actually think Shields can take him down? Not a chance of either GSP will KO him because Shields strikes like a girl. GSP gameplans to win fights whether its boring or not its smart.

Sonnen beat him striking in that fight as well. Anderson got beat everywhere and was on his back every round. Sonnen has always had suspect submission defense. Travis Lutter was mauling him as well had him fully mounted, Marquart had him on his back. And Jake Shields has 0 standup so how can he be less boring then GSP. GSP will standup and KO Shields because he fights to win and Greg Jackson puts together great gameplans. Shields BJJ is better then Silva but GSP knows he strikes like a girl literally so why take the chance. Nobody will beat Anderson standing up for 5 rounds in my opinion. But I do think GSP can standup with him at times and do very well striking. I think the Serra fight where he clearly got clipped on the ear messing up his equal liberum has made people think he has some terrible chin. GSP is the best control wrestler in MMA period. Florian said he already walks around at 195lbs which is a decent sized middleweight already without putting on weight. Greg Jackson has said nobody in his camp can stop GSP from taking them down not Rashad, not Bones,not Marquart none of them. Rashad has said its like being put in vice grips he is so strong. Knowing all this and how powerful GSP shots are, how and the holy heck do you expect Silva to keep it standing? Silva has to win this fight by KO early. And this is'nt even taking into account the type of wear and tear and pace GSP is gonna force on him with his cardio and constantly trying to defend takedowns. We have seen Anderson slow down later in his fights. I don't care if Anderson comes into that fight at 210lbs and GSP is 171lbs he will take him down regardless of any weight or height difference people make to big a deal about that.

I did'nt think Vitor had a chance honestly said it a few pages back. This was a perfect style fight for Anderson in that Vitor is notoriously aggressive playing right into Silva's counter striking. I think the kick just surprised Vitor but he woulda been ko'd anyway.

I've been saying GSP would beat him for a long while. While Lutter is good on the ground and Sonnen is a more accomplished wrestler it means nothing compared to GSP there not on that level. GSP is a great athlete with dominating control wresting. Rashad flatout said GSP man handles him in practice said he is ridiculusly strong. And lets not forget Sonnen was hitting Silva cleanly. I think people forget GSP is a phenemol striker sure he got fluke ko'd once does that really mean his chin is garbage? I'm so confident in GSP winning this fight i'm hoping to find some suckers to make me some money. I've been around MMA training enough to know a dominant wrestler wins everytime. GSP is a complete fighter with no holes in his game. Like Florian said last night he thinks GSP beats him and has a chance to be regarded as the best ever. Florian said is walking around at 195lbs now and plans to bulk up to 210lbs and stay at 185.

Yes, I love it... I know alot of you give him no chance. But i'm saying it right now GSP beats him easly winning all 5 rounds. I'm willing to sig bet anyone GSP wins the fight. To me its a terrible style fight for Anderson he will be taken down over and over easily.

No way Shogun stops the takedown this kids strenght and wrestling is remarkable and its not even his strenght. This kid is scary good Shogun better hope he clips him or he will get beat. Did ayone see how much bigger Jones was then Shogun he looked like a midget?

Nick thinks he is a professional boxer lol so he will probably try to bang with Daley. We will see how good his chin is if he eats a left hook.

I like Diaz but he is'nt fighting top caliber UFC guys. He would get worked by GSP and a few other 170lb pounders like Fitch,Alves etc. I'd like to see him and BJ fight I think that could be a hellva fight but i'll take baby J.

I think Sullinger is the perfect fit. I'm resigning NY1 and if I was Ernie I'd do it right now he can be had slightly cheaper signed during the season. NY has improved his defense and these last few weeks has been rebounding and dishing the ball. His shooting % for a 2 guard is outstanding he has been able to postup, shoot the 3, dribble drive he is becoming a borderline all star quickly. Blatche is a black hole alot of times but still is only 24 years old with a great skillset. I would'nt give up on him till after next season when he has a full offseason without injuries unless I got fair market value. Blatche is on a very good cheap contract and does'nt need to be moved for garbage or expirings.

I know Sonnen is a top notch wrestler who is a big 185lber but look at Lutter,Henderson,Marquart etc they all had him down... The size disparity is'nt gonna be a issue GSP walks around at 185-190lbs and he is a guy who can add 10lbs rather easily.. He can come into fight night at 195-200lbs and a good bit stronger.. Honestly i think GSP is to drawn out at 170lbs and should move up permanetly.. GSP will dictate where that fight takes place and would win a easy 5 round decision just like Sonnen should have.. I'd be willing to lay money on that fight its a terrible style matchup for Anderson...

I think Gsp beats Anderson easily even at 185lbs.. If Sonnen could hit and takedown Anderson with ease George will do it even more, he is a way more explosive athlete.. Sonnen was winning the standup in the fight as well but used it to setup take downs.. I've watched Anderson mounted by Lutter and taken down and controlled at times in alot of his fights even though he has rallied those fighters did'nt have the toolbox,athletism or endurance that GSP posses..

I don't see Pac winning no decision and i don't think he can hit Floyd enough cleanly to finish him.. Floyd very rarely gets hit clean he works angles and uses that shoulder roll to perfection.. Floyd will counter and move all night i hate him with a passion but you gotta respect his skills.. He is a very smart defensive fighter the guy is a student of the game since his childhood.. And honestly he is more elusive and has more hand speed then Manny..

I hate Mayweather with a passion.. But do you realize that Floyd in my opinion has faster hands then Manny.. Manny's style plays right into Mayweathers whole game he will pick him apart in a classic boring Floyd decision.. Mannys only shot is to KO him but i don't see it happening although i'd love to see it.. Money is undefeated for a reason he has been a stud from day 1 has a youngster..

If he does'nt take him down immediately or tries to dirty box with him on the cage he will go to sleep.. Randy has been knocked out by guys with far less power then Toney, i'd hate to see the result if he connects with a 4oz glove.. I believe Randy will submit him and i expect a double leg soon has the bell rings.. But Randy better realize the danger of messing around to long before getting that double leg..

I'm gonna say Brock will knock Carwin down with a punch then pound him out rd.2 ala Randy fight... This fight is a tossup and i think if this fight gets on the ground Brock will control him.. And lets not forget Brock has knocked down every opponent he has fought with punches.. Not only that, but Gonzaga had Carwin rocked and a inch from being finished within a minute of rd.1 Carwins best chance is dirty boxing on the fence like the Mir fight..

It has nothing to do with age. The fighters nowadays have better training and are getting bigger,faster and stronger.. You could send Brock back 5 years in time and he would take them down and maul any of the pride guys Mirko,Nog,Fedor,Barnett any of them sure someone could pull a sub outta thier ass but 9 outta 10 times he would win by control.. Fedors pride wins to me are'nt that impressive even LIDDELL one of my favorite fighters ever his wins just are'nt that impressive he beat guys because they were style fights.. Carwin is the only guy who i think has a legit chance to beat Brock if he can stay off his back which is'nt likely.. Carwins gotta hope his wrestling background can keep it standing to have any chance..

I've said all along Brock would maul Fedor and honestly i'd give Carwin,Cain V in a few others a good shot at beating him... Lets be real here all of the fighters nowadays are alot more skilled then just 4-5 years ago we can use the excuse that alot of them are getting past thier prime if you want..
