Update (for those interested). Total MAcGyver ****.
Option #1: Japanese company confident they can get it done. They would submerge it in a solution. It would take 1.5 months to get back.
Option #2: The fine jeweller was confident as well. Either soldering a piece (as I thought), offered to drill too but in doing so would destroy the hole threads.
Or get this… once I told him the frame was titanium and the screw a normal machine screw…. he said submerge it in Coca Cola for 2 days, it’ll destroy the screw and not the frame.
