I'm fine with it. Now, if we could just find them jobs and opportunities we'd really be in business.

Not sure why when someone pays their debt to society it's not back to even. It's a real problem in our society

Socrates-

Are you voting for Bernie? If Hillary gets enough delegates will you vote for her?

I hire some guys with felonies as long as it's been 10 years plus. If it's recent I don't think it's a good idea from a liability stand point.

I will say if I interview a guy that's in arrears on child support I will never ever hire. I don't care the situation, if you fail pay child support for whatever reason your not working for me.

I am. Being in Texas I liked the Doctson pick. A walk on drafted in the first round is crazy!

Could you explain why you think that, after a felon has served their sentence, they should be permanently disenfranchised?

They aren;t in Texas, five years after debt paid you are restored....except for the executed ones of course

Just so we are clear you wouldn't give a job to someone who can't pay their child support because.....what it might make them able to pay it?

Nope! You made the decision to make a baby. Whether your with the mom or not you need to

Pay child support.

Why wait 5 years? I think criminal history should be held in the strictest of confidence

I mean, if we don't think think someone should be able to get a job and start contributing to society, why are we letting them out of prison? Keep them there. When they are ready, give them an actual chance

Bet we see each the number of repeat offenders fall dramatically
