mlindsey13
I am not certain that Lemar Marshall is the answer at middle linebacker. Why not play Lavar in the middle? Doesn't he seem better suited for the position than Marshall?
AJWatson3
Arrington's greatest asset is his athleticism and ability to rush a passer from the outside as well as cover a RB or TE in the passing game. his game is better suited as a WLB.
Grumpy Vet
Lavar is a great athlete. My concern would be his grey matter coefficient.
Fred Jones
Leave Washington and Arrington at their current positions. We need to replace with someone else. Both Washington and Arrington can rush the passer/cover RB's/TE's ect and create havic blitzing.
New
Just like noone was sure what Antonio Peirce would do at MLB. I trust Greg Williams to put the right guys into position. Whoever that player is. LaVar in my opinion has some learning to do under Coach Williams. If he does, then watch out. If not, LaVar will forever be good but couldve been great! mookie0720
LB's are not interchangable. Typically OLB's are OLB's because they are leaner and much more athletic than MLB. Lavar is no different, plus where has Lavar shown the sure tackling ability needed to be a MLB and where has he shown the ability to take on blocks from FB's and OL consistantly. LightenupSandyBaby
By the way does anyone know how Lavar's knee is doing?
TD_washingtonredskins
I agree with New. My initial reaction to the promotion of Pierce to MLB last year was that they were making a HUGE mistake. Shows what I know. If the organization is tabbing someone as AP's replacement, I think I'll learn from last year and assume they got it covered. Hooper
Um, how do I say this politely? Ah, screw it, Lavar is an idiot on the football field. You can't be one if you play MLB.
MrWill
Lavar is a guy that you need to put out in space.......not crammed in between your OLBs and behind the tackles. You would be wasting his athletic ability to have him just fill holes.
@DCGoldPants
Lavar is going to be the LB who free lances more than anybody. We need him on the outside.
Cdowwe
Yea let Lavar run free so he can destroy more people
SkinsLegacy44
LA still has problems reading defenses; our MLB has to be patient & good at reacting to audibles and motions.
