SlapHands69
Living in Hawaii I was not able to see the game, With this in mind can someone tell me how Ray Brown performed at the tackle position? I always thought of Ray Brown as primarily a guard.
bubba9497
I thought he looked bad out there at times
Coach Williams
he held his own as an ok replacement.......We as a team didn't play so hot so we're gonna have to wait until next week to see how he play a full game.......
skinsfan93
Obviously the whole O line didn't play great. He seemed to do just as well as everyone else. Anybody know what happened to K. Jones? Was he hurt on the first series? If so, anybody hear how badly?

method man
they said that jones was injured for most of the week so they practiced ray brown. gibbs said he thot ray brown looked good so he kept him in there. hope k. jones gets better by the cowboys game. we have to find a way to stop the cowboys receiving trio. JoeSkins
Surprising to say about a guard, but I think he was better in protection than he was in the ground game. I didn't hear "Strahan" a lot, but Brown did get a lot of help from Thomas, which hurt when the Giants started blitzing and Thomas had extra responsibilities at the line. He had to watch for not only a guy on his head and (if nobody was visible) peeling blitzers around the corner, but he had to also help Brown out with Strahan. If we had Jon Jansen, I may be so bold as to say we wouldn't have lost today.

Mr. S
yeh, it does seem like the middle opened up there a lot, and now I realize it prolly was due to Thomas having to help out against Strahan. That did definitely open up for blitzes up the middle, which seemed ot hurt us the most.
Johnny_Blaze
to me it looked like brown had a very nice first half, but it look like he ran out of steam in the second half and was letting lots of people by.
