I think he wanted Tampa to see it and prepare for it...then when Gibbs runs it again,the bucs defense really bits on it and Gardner throws the ball this time. Gibbs did a lot of end arounds and WR sweeps before. - The plays we saw in pre-season, including the Falcons game, the offense probably learned back in the spring mini-camps.
