Samuels60
Tupa is not only our punter he is also the holder for FG's(John Halls favorite holder also)...Stemke never had a shot to make this team but maybe he will get a shot somewhere else. Wish him luck
Skeletor The Invincible
I liked him. Punted very well. Unfortunatly it was a matter of numbers.

Posse81
Yeah, punted very well and I remember Bram saying that he would nail punts of 50+ yards regularly in camp. He'll catch on somewhere.
wkelch
I believe its customary to shank the first important kick when facing the team that allowed you to come to camp and showcase your talents so another team could sign you to their roster. Minnesota needs a kicker me thinks, last game of the season...

Dan T.
Stinky, we hardly knew ye. It's tough as a kicker or punter to beat out a veteran guy, but Stemke did pretty well for himself. . . He'll catch on somewhere eventually, IMO.
Leonard Washington
stinky has had some very good punts and had close to a 60yder last game.
ThatGuy
No surprise. I mean when Tupa was signed to that big contract, it was obvious Stinky was out. They may have said there was going to be a competition, but it was all a farce. Ooops, wrong position, sorry guys.
DUSTINMFOX
I was listening in the car....but, I think I remember Sonny saying that he was getting lucky punts and that they were rolling 60 yrds? I could be wrong though...

I could be wrong though... lol if they were rolling 60yds the other team's special teams need serious work! they weren't lucky kicks, they went about 50-55yds and maybe rolling or bouncing the rest. Coach Williams
A punt that goes 55 yards in the air is rare in the nfl...I've only seen that twice........The one stinkie had went about 55 and rolled sideways for a couple=59:cheers: He should catch on somewhere.......esp. with that leg.... He puts my kicks to shame. but I don't feel that bad b/c he's got 70Lb's on me and I plan to coach rather than chase a kicking dream.....
buckeyeG
I don't care that much...as long as we don't have "shank"Barker as our punter.
RF4L
Why do people call him stinky? Rhymes with Stemke?
