Chachie
I don't have a reason. Just a gut.
Jimbo
I doubt he will but I'd love to see him get a chance to play with the first team defense so he has a little better idea what he'll be facing this season.
ntotoro
I think he will, but I'm also (thankfully, to fans everywhere) not a coach. If he's with the second defends this weekend, it'll be just to see how he handles himself and gradually move him up. Nick
Kevin101
I am going to be honest, I want Taylor to play second team again so he gets more playing time.

freakofthesouth
Originally posted by helluvaskinsfan i'd rather have him play less,it would suck if he got hurt He needs a lot of PT, and preseason is the time. I vote for him to start, but also play almost the whole game out, including w/ the backups. He needs the looks.
arkowi
Let him play second team (read: most of the game) for the next two games. Then move him up with the starters for the last 2 preseason games and see how he does.
KevinMac
freak is right, there is no reason Taylor can't start and still play "most of the game." He should start, get some time against a group of actual NFL starters, then stay in the game and play a good chunch with the 2nd team.
JayLP
I think he should start. I know he'll do great against the starters! He should play the first half and rest the second half. I really hope no one else gets hurt in these meaningless games!! :panthersu
poidog22
I'm kind of the fence here, but I would think that Williams would want Taylor to be able to gel with the first team as soon as he can. I think it will all depend on what he shows at the practices this week.
soljaofjesus
well maybe but maybe he shoulod get mroe practice and stay with the 2nd and 3rd stringers
Oldskool
he'll play the 1st half of the game. Im sure Gibbs/Williams wants to see more of this kid in action.
RDSCNZ20
If i was the coach, i would see how he does in practice, then insert him a few plays with the first team this game, play him with the second team this week and hope that he plays well ... then start the next week... and if matt bowen keeps getting faked by play action/bootlegs/etc.. then... i would put Franz in. coach cancer

Are you kidding? I think they should start Ohalete...he is a better tackler, IMO. At least make them compete for the starting spot; have them battle. Give nothing to Bowen...make him work for it. pez
It would be stpid not to.... we can't keep putting him in against scrubs.. we need to put him against starters to see how well he does against prime time players...
Rikus
I would love to see Taylor play the whole first half against the first and second units. If he dominated the 3rd and 4th units in his first live action he should be able to hang with the 1st and show something against the 2nds. I don't know what Ohalete has done recently but he's rocketing to the bottom of the depth chart. I thought he played better then Bowen last year and would like to see him get some reps. Franz, we're in trouble if he has to start.

Rav
I think taylor played well but it should take more than one good game to bump him up. Now if he consistantly performs at that level each week then he'll be up there before you know it....

Mania
This isn't an answer to your sight, but has anyone heard from Lenny Pasquerlli sp? lately. Remember he wasn't thrilled with Taylor after less than a week of practice.
All In
Sorry I was distracted by Blondy's friend.... Yes he has earned the right to start. I can see them putting him in with the first team after a couple of drives.
