Upshaw has never had more than 7 in 8 seasons in the NFL. He doesn't ever DO ANYTHING. I looked at his contract not to long ago. Forgot the details. But if we cut him now (I wish we really could), we would take a big signing bonus acceleration hit. Wynn wouldn't be cut until AFTER June 1st and Zellner may get an opportunity, as well, to make the team IF he's re-signed, probably at the vet minimum. Of course, since he's a UFA he may choose to try his luck elsewhere. At any rate, we'll probably keep eight defensive lineman so we're going to need quality depth.
