As I wake this morning having gone through 2 surgeries to clean out pneumonia from around my lungs, having an MS head ache leaving me feeling like I should be shedding some unholy fire through the room and knowing it is the mundane Charlie horse muscle cramp in my thigh that woke me, all I can think of is an old snl bit:

I was at VA Gold Cup yesterday (I am their contracted IT guy so have to be there, twice a year) and that one is more like NASCAR, as much as I hate to say it and see it, as they race around the track making many circles for some of the races. One horse broke his leg trying to jump over the obstacle and another horse threw his jockey off or jockey went off the horse I guess. So to me that is more like the real NASCAR where things can go wrong and cars and people get hurt.
