HOF44
To me after watching the series it's not a question of guilt or innocence. It's a question of should he have been convicted or acquitted. I believe that regardless of any evidence left out barring a video of the murder, that the behavior of the local police involved in the investigation is egregious enough to be aquitted under the reasonable doubt doctrine. Yup. I've always said, I'm not sure if Avery did it or not, I lean no. But, I feel pretty confident that the police either planted or tampered with evidence.
