They botched it with the Anderson hire, and the move to the Big 10 has pushed them onto a larger stage. They must find the guy who can come in and set this program right. They need to continue the facilities upgrade, and take an in depth view into the basketball and football programs, to make sure they're working to the level they need to be in order to be a competitive force in the conference, and to generate the passion and fans those programs enjoyed in the recent past.
