When people say DC and specifically talking about the DC teams, the majority of fans do not live in DC. Just like most people that work in DC, don't live there. Therefore, most people assume when referring to "DC" they mean DC and it's surrounding areas. It's simple, just compare attendence records for these four teams and you will see the Wizards rank last out of the 4 teams...

If he was only refering to the people that LIVE in DC, then he may be right, but that's only a small portion of the "DC area" fanbase.

I'm surprised how many people are discounting Trent Williams when it comes to these all encompassing lists (not the seasonal ones, that's obvious why he's not on there). He arguably may be the best player on the football team. *shrug*

Somehow the second part of my post got cut off...

However the last 5 years:

CAPS 18,202 WIZ 16,536

But since the Caps have been winning, they have been out selling the Wizards. But like I was saying, when the Wizards are winning, they will always outdraw the Caps.

The thing is, the Wizards aren't winning.
