theTruthTeller
I have no idea why people are complaining, we went from deep at RB to completely in the red. Torain has done NOTHING against teams not named the Rams and has an extensive injury history, he can't be an every down back. This leaves us with Helu as the one and only productive starter on the roster and we haven't even seen him play more than like 10 snaps, we need depth at the running back posistion, and believe it or not, a good team needs a strong running game or even a decent one, ESPECIALLY with John Beck at QB and a bunch of no names WRs.If this signing came off a victory instead of a loss, the thread would be people gloating how we stole him from the Cowboys and we have to convert him. Who cares who the kid played for a week ago? He plays for us now and thats all that matters. Just stop complaining, we needed a RB and Evan Royster is probably looking terrible in practice. We need a spark to our TERRIBLE running game. I think depth of the running back corps was just an illusion. We were always just knee deep in mediocrity. Choice is a definite upgrade - runs hard, has moves, very nice hands. Plays smart. As you say - why would you say no to an upgrade at RB? You make the team better one move at at time.
